The baby's, not mine!! I have trouble getting my baby to burp when I fed him in the night. This is whether he breast or bottle feeds (we do a bit of both.) Am using Infacol, which helps with the first burp after the first couple of ounces, but then I can't get him to burp after the rest of the feed. He then invariably pukes or starts wheezing! Any tips? Have tried sitting him up on my lap with my hand under his chin and rubbing/patting his back and rubbing/patting his back with him on my shoulder.

Have you tried laying him on his front across your knee? Midwife showed me this one, worked really well for DS when he was struggling, just drape him over both knees and rub or pat his back a bit.
