Does anyone have days when they're breastfed baby seems to suck you dry and the breastfeeding hunger strikes so badly that you get stomach pains and nothing fills you up?!
It's worse as my chunky 7 month old hasn't taken to solids so is still a milk monster!
Today I am embarrassed, ashamed even of what I ate, but couldn't control my hunger or sweet tooth.
Day started at 6am.
Chia seed pudding blended with banana for sweetness and to get rid of the frogspawn texture
Porridge with cinnamon, honey and raisins
An apple and a boiled egg
A handful of granola
A mars bar (I had bought a 4 pack when shopping, see later for the demise of that multipack!!)
Vegetable soup and a chicken sandwich
Another mars bar
Rice cakes, hummus and cucumber
A third mars bar
A magnum
Another apple and a handful of nuts
Chickpea and spinach curry with rice
A second helping of chickpea curry and rice
A banana
A fourth mars bar
Some popcorn
A bowl of granola
There's probably extras that I've forgotten about!
I could eat more, but I've come to bed to stop myself! I've also taken a spatone, a multivitamin and an omega 3 capsule today.
Anyone else disgusted with their diets whilst pregnant/breastfeeding? I'm usually very healthy and avoid sugar or keep it for an occasional treat
