Have been bfeeding ds till now - he's 8 months old now, but am going back to work 3 days a week on 21st april.

tried him on normal formula but he was sick with it as he is with yoghurt and other dairy products so had soya formula on prescription. tried him with it yesterday and he hates the taste. will try him again, but wondered if anybody else had any advice for if their baby cant take formula.

have thought about expressing for the three days i will be at work, but not sure i can produce enough in time.

also a midwife i was speaking to said if i was =feeding him just before and just after work, i might be able to just avoid milk feeds during the day - any advice?

I reckon you could easily do it without using formula. You will need to feed lots in the evening and morning before you go to work but as long as you express as much as you can once a day at work you should be fine. That's what I did around this age.
