Pumping failure - can I change this?

I have ebf 2 kids so I know I do produce milk, but I have never been able to pump more than about 10mls at a time.

I know that some people just aren’t good at pumping but I’ve also always felt that my supply has been on the low side as both DC’s fed very frequently, and both had slowish weight gain, plus I’ve never leaked milk or ever really felt engorged. Both were tongue tied though we had DC2’s cut at 4 days old so shouldn’t have affected things.

Anyway I’m pregnant with DC3 and want to ebf again. Is there anything I can do to increase my supply? Is it worth trying a different type of pump? (I have Medela Swing and Haka).

Yes those are not the best pumps. Try a hospital grade pump like Medela Freestyle or Spectra

Phillips AVENT helped to increase my supply
