Baby spitting up milk - advice on bibs

Our 6-month year old baby has been spitting up milk after a feed ever since they were about 8 weeks old. I'm seeking some advice as to what bibs other parents are using to stop the milk going everywhere?! N.B. He's breastfed, putting on plenty of weight and our doctor has advised there's nothing to be concerned about i.e. I'm not after advice about the spitting-up itself. We've so far been using cloth-style bibs but even those with a water-proof lining tend to get sodden and gross very quickly and/or the milk just runs down the front of them onto our baby's cloths. We use muslin cloths over our shoulder when holding him etc, and to soak up any excess on clothes, but these suffer the same 'run-off' issue as with cloth bibs. Your experience and advice is much appreciated.
