My EBF 4 month old won’t take a bottle HELP

so my daughter is 4 months old and had a couple of bottles of milk when she was around 2-4 weeks old due to me having sore and cracked nipples. She hasn’t had one from around 6 weeks old though. But I’m done. I need a break. Even just one feed a day.
we are using MAM bottles and formula. We have wasted all the breast milk I had pumped and frozen over the last two weeks with trying a bottle every day. She has taken a 2oz bottle about a week ago but nothing since. She’s getting really upset when we try now. I’ve read so much online about positions, who should do it, what environment is best, how to heat the teat a little, try when she’s not too hungry and not too full, first thing in the morning. I’m at a loss. I’m going to get in touch with the HV in the morning but any other tips would be sooooooo appreciated!

Are you in the room when you try? If so I would leave dad too it and see how they get on when there isn’t an alternative

Also could try a cup instead of a bottle. Sympathies though, this is hard when you’re the food.

Try different types of bottles? And definitely your partner feeding her rather than you - you smell of milk.

She won’t take a bottle from you because you have the good stuff! I’d leave the house and get your partner to do it.

If not try an open cup, or you may have to invest in a few different bottles and try them out (again someone else doing it)

Dd would just about take a tommee tippee from my parents if I was completely out of sight.

She probably won’t take formula as well though, so you will need to carry on pumping.

I think the Minbie teats are recommended for this? Could be worth a look.
