...right now, sharing how she breastfed all her babies and how it was the best thing for baby and great at getting her back into shape.

She looks fab, too!

well, Expat, I can see your point now...still like her though, and think all in all she seems nice enough and all that.
Did she have those implants done in her younger days...when it was her body that was making her that money?

princessmama, is it a stiener school she sends her kids to? i remember reading that she had decided on alternative (for want of a better word) schooling for her kids and from what i read it sounded great.

i thought so, it sounded really great, then i read all the x-files type threads on steiner on here and thought i must have got it wrong!

I wonder, now that she's a mum and has BF her babies, what her opinions are on glamour modelling & the sexualisation of breasts etc. It'd be really interesting I think.

beansprout · 05/04/2008 07:40

People are allowed to change. I wouldn't want to be judged on my 20 year old self for the rest of my life. Good for her.

liath · 05/04/2008 07:50

I wouldn't mean in a judgemental way, I just think it'd be interesting to hear her views - she comes across as pretty bright. She's the sort of person I'd love to have a chat with over a bottle of wine!!

just googled about Jennifer Lopez after expat's comment because I hadn't heard about this story before:

"Lopez revealed to People that she's planning to take part in an endurance event towards the end of this year, in which participants swim, cycle and run. To those of you who think that taking part in a triathlon requires a lot of intense training ? and may not be the best endeavor for a fresh mommy ? J.Lo's reply is that it's all for the sake of her babies. "I want my babies to be proud of me", she stated"

yeah I bet her new born twins talk of nothing else but their mother's weight loss and exercise programme.
pmsl mad bint

liath, very good question this:
"I wonder, now that she's a mum and has BF her babies, what her opinions are on glamour modelling & the sexualisation of breasts etc. It'd be really interesting I think."

Made me think, that actually it is really great for someone, who obviously at one point used her assets in a sexualising way ratehr publicly, that she has "overcome" this and does breastfeed...
does that make sense at all?

VictorianSqualor · 06/04/2008 13:55

I thought she came across really well, and Les Dennis was fab too. Certainly wouldn't have imagined him bringing up BFing as the best way to lose weight!

fastedwina · 20/05/2011 01:36

she used to be my boss and was highly liked and respects considering she had reached the role of manager to about 50 people in her mid twenties. Never heard a bad word said about her considering her age and attractiveness.

youngjoly · 20/05/2011 19:28

MM is indeed lovely. I'm from her neck of the woods, have met her once and do indeed know some of her family. She is just a really nice, genuine person. I do think she has grown up / matured a lot from her younger days, indeed, I'm often embarrassed by the things I did / said when I was that age. As a mother, she seems down to earth and really wanting the best for her children. I don't see why she should be judged by decisions she made years ago, when she was a very different person (as we all are in our youths!).
