Could this be CMPA in weaning baby?

My baby is 6 months and we’ve just started weaning. I had a slight suspicion that he may have had mild CMPA for a while when he was younger- he did runny, vinegary smelling poos, had quite a lot of eczema, was very refluxy as a smaller baby. Managed to convince myself that it wasn’t CMPA though as the eczema cleared up with aveeno and he seemed to be growing out of the reflux (stopped omeprazole a couple of months ago). He’s also a very happy baby generally and putting on weight very well (jumped from 9th to 50th centile!).
He was combi fed for the first 5 months and now is just on Kendamil and we’ve started weaning so having veggies, porridge etc
I tried giving him some yoghurt a couple of days ago and since then he’s been quite sicky and today had a (sorry TMI) runny mucousy poo when they’ve been a bit more solid since starting weaning. His skin’s also quite spotty on his face after being very clear and he got quite bad nappy rash yesterday. This was the first dairy I’ve tried him with.

Could this be CMPA? If so, how do we navigate this with weaning- would I need to switch his formula too if he’s generally fine on that or could we just avoid dairy in his diet otherwise? Grateful for any advice (will also try and get a GP appt to discuss with them)!
