Is this normal baby poo? Concerned about possible CMPA

I’d appreciate if anyone could take a look at these photos of my baby’s recent nappies (sorry in advance!).

LO is 3 months old.

We’re concerned about possible CMPA after our GP suggested it as a possibility, and to try cutting out dairy for 2 weeks.

Baby is very gassy & farts a lot; sometimes they fart without issue, other times it seems to cause discomfort. Same with poos: sometimes no issue, other times seemingly some discomfort. Poos once a day on average. Skin seems ok: no rash, just the odd pimple on the face. Some spit up but it doesn’t seem excessive, and baby is mostly unbothered by it.

Baby had a tongue tie cut a few weeks ago as she had dropped off her centile despite feeding a lot, and she was diagnosed with a posterior tie.

Baby is breastfed apart from one bottle of formula, given in the late evening. We introduced this around the 8/9 week mark.

Sleeps fine at night, isn’t great during the day apart from in the car seat or pram.

Our question about the nappies is whether they look normal. Is there mucous present, and how much, if any, mucous is normal? Some things I’ve read suggest a small amount of mucous can be normal, but other sources say no amount is normal. Since our LO only poos once a day, they tend to be quite full nappies when it happens! Baby has discovered their hands in the last few weeks and they’re always in the mouth, so there could be extra saliva being produced/swallowed.

Thanks in advance, especially anyone who may have had experience with CMPA. It’s so hard to know what’s normal as a FTM.
