Should I feed my baby more nearly 5 months

Was never a great sleeper but in a really bad sleep regression and its sending me over the edge.

His naps are OK in the day. Sometimes 2 x hours. Sometimes 2/3 more cat naps 30- 40 min.

75 percentile birth. I dont know what he is now but last time I weighed him he was 18lb a few weeks ago and he's been in 6-9 month clothes since 4 months.

He was having 4 x 7oz bottles in the day and was breastfed at night. I've stopped breast feeding this week so he has 5 x 7oz in the day 3/4 hours and I've made up a 5oz for once in the night.
He finishes his bottles most of the time and within a couple hours hungry again sometimes.

I'm scared to overfeed him but also worried he's hungry so not feeding enough. Should I give him an extra 7oz in the day or try and up to 8oz each feed. He rarely but does not finish a bottle if he's full.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

According to his weight he should be having 45 Floz a day so you definitely wouldn't be overfeeding him if you introduced another bottle into the day Wink
