BF and feeling run down

DD is 7 months old. I excl bf till 6 months and in the last month have been doing some BLW. DD is thriving.

I'm really run down though. Exhausted most of the time and with various lingering low-grade colds and infections. I've never been as ill in my life, catching bugs and just generally worn out. I'm sure some of this is part and parcel of being a new mum though!

I eat 5 a day, minimum.
I go for a brisk walk every day.
I take multivitamins and a probiotic, and eat live natural yoghurt.
I go to bed early, where possible.
I drink tons of water.
I eat a varied diet.

Surely I don't have to give up my one daily coffee and two glasses of wine a week!

Any other tips?

I get no help at all with DD except obviously DH on weekends (Mon-Fri he only sees her at breakfast time). I'm a SAHM. Our families are far away and don't visit.

I don't know if I can do anything to improve my general health so I'd appreciate any tips. I wonder how I would cope with a second baby, at this rate!

Bf should not have any impact on your run-downess, NL....maybe post this on health for some info and support? has your doc had a chance to test you for anything - thyroid???
