Weaning my 25 month old

I am really struggling with continuing to breastfeed.

We have had a lot of change recently. He has started nursery 2 days a week and I am working more.

He is really clingy and I feel like the separation anxiety has ramped up.

I want to gently wean him. I'm worried about how difficult this will be. I'd like to start with some breastfeeding boundaries. He feeds on demand still, for comfort, to relax, feeds to sleep, and still feeds during the night. I'm really battling frustration and aversion when it gets tough and I'm touched out etc.

Any advice, hints/tips, resources will be greatly appreciated!
I'd bought booby moon, but I think it's too emotional for me, personally. I'll need a more practical approach. While remaining gentle.

Thanks mums

What does he have at nursery?

He eats well at nursery, has fruit and snacks and lunch

So at home does he eat as well as breastfeed, or is it exclusively milk at home?

Is there one type of feed that bothers you the most, and you could phase that one out first? So it's not cold turkey but you can introduce the idea that it's not always a yes to breastfeeding

He has had food since he was 6 months. He has a varied diet at home. He does eat better on days when he doesn't take as many feeds at home. We have no set routine anymore for feeding. Other than always at naps and bed. But through the day its on demand. Can be 4 times, can be 20 times.
