Struggling with food ideas for 6 month old

Already posted a similar thread but still struggling for ideas. Just started weaning , so far she’s had:
egg custard
weetabix with her formula
stick of banana and also mashed banana (loves feeding herself with the spoon)
peanut butter and banana
omelette cut Into fingers
yoghurt and oats
toast cut into fingers with peanut butter
I’m really really struggling for ideas and don’t wanna be giving her baby food jars / pouches all the time . She loves grabbing everything and eating it so ideally wanna do more finger food ideas , right now I don’t have an oven as ours broke I have a slow cooker , microwave and air fryer oven and obviously have a hob I can fry. So any ideas of dinner / lunch I can cook her ? Breakfast is easy enough just mostly lunch and dinner . I know it’s just for fun and her milk is still her sole source of nutrition but she’ll still take a full bottle after some food 🤣

I think I was only giving one meal at 6 months, but DS isn't particularly big or hungry. I started with dinner. I did a different veg or salad every day to start with. Boiled or steamed until very soft, either mashed or as finger foods.
I used 'How to wean your baby' by Charlotte Stirling-Reed, also the first steps nutrition site is very good.

If you scroll down to eating well in the first year.

Also the solid starts app is useful. I'd just look in my fridge for what I had then look it up on the app and see how they recommended serving it.
