Mums please inform me what should i do
Ds is 6 m old
He had no poops doe the past almost 4 days now
He is probably teething since his gums hurt, he chews on air and bites me

No teeth are showing up still but am saying so because he is fussy

He doesn't wanna eat solids and bF with difficulty i have to keep trying a lot with him and be gentle

Is he not eating because hes not popping or the other way around?
And
Is it normal to not poop for that long

Last time i asked her ped she told me this is called dyscasia and it's normal

But i don't like that he would not eat well

Any advices moms?

Is he having any pain relief? A little calpol went a long way for teething in our house and helped DC to relax. If anything teething made for the opposite in my experience so other than good hydration I am sorry I don't have lots of ideas for you. I hope others can help and I hope your little one is feeling much better soon.

@wateraddict I didn't but i used a local oral gel twice per day his pediatric prescribed it

I think i might try something stronger then

Thank you for the warm wishes 🥰

You're welcome! We had a lot of drama as each tooth arrived in a pair with a massive temp and upset tum for 3-4 days a time. Nursery started to get very used to the signs as DC was fine in themselves and the pattern was clear.

Our doc said paracetamol was fine to give for a few days each time, as we would take painkillers in the same discomfort which I thought was a good point. You may like to take doctor or pharmacist advice though in case that has changed recently.

@wateraddict thank you for making me feel a little more at ease since I don't like it when DC is not feeling well and i can see how his gums are hurting/discomforting him
Best wishes❤️ stay safe
