Double pumping??

I have been successfully expressing one breast at a time and getting a good 5-6oz's..with my borrowed electric pump...
Tonight I thought I would double pump as it has 2 attachments and am going back to work soon....hmmm it was not easy how do you hold both pumps on nipples and change settings I found it almost impossible and now have sore nipples (grrrrr not had those since first few weeks baby is 13 weeks now)...because it kept falling off as I tried to change settings??
And after all that I only got 2-3oz's per boob so pretty much what I get when I pump just one boob!!
Oh and I felt like a cow!!

You may laugh at this but...

Get an old bra. Cut a cross on each cup. Insert pump attachment thingy. Voila - hands-free double pumping.

Or you can actually buy these things.
