DD is almost 10mo and is taking less and less each bottle. This morning she woke up and only wanted 50ml, usually only has about 100ml. She is still on around 5-6 bottles a day because she has so little each time I offer her another bottle a few hours later. She doesn't wake for milk in the night so last bottle is before bed around 7pm.

Her solids are going ok but not great, usually has a decent breakfast of yogurt, banana oat pancakes and fruit, sandwiches and fruit for lunch but is never interested in dinner. She is really good with finger foods but is pretty fussy with anything wet with textures e.g. homemade bolognase.

Do I continue offering 5 bottles a day to try to get to c.500ml each day or should I cut out 1 or 2 bottles, but this would mean she is only on about 300 - 350ml a day?? Any advice is appreciated.

I would offer 3 a day if she was mine. One before her first nap. One before her second nap and one before bed. She only needs 400 ml a day and you might find if you cut the other bottles out she starts to drink more from the bottles she has. At the moment you're offering bottles so often that she doesn't really get the opportunity to feel hungry.
