Teat flow types - help!

We recently gave birth to our first child, 5 weeks early! It's taken a little while to get him used to bottle feeding but he now has the hang of it. We are just struggling with the type of teat to use. Because he's so little he gets tired easily drinking from the slow flow teats and doesn't drink all of his bottle. When using a medium flow, although he manages to finish all the bottle, but guzzles it and ends up having tummy ache because we can't wind him properly. Is there a solution to this?

Thanks for the help in advance! New to here and I already know it's going to be a lot of help through the years of parenthood!

He'll get used to the medium year after a couple of bottles, but don't give it all at once. Wind him after each third gone.

Is there a reason you are having trouble winding him?

If you use tommee tippee go for the vari flow test. It adjusts to babys suck so won't get too much or get tired easily from trying too much. Hop that helps
