Weird nipple when milk lets down

Hi.. has anyone else experienced a weird shape change in their nipple when your milk letdown happens? It goes back to normal and smooth afterward and feels normal the rest of the time and I can’t feel any bumps or lumps around/underneath it. I don’t remember this happening with my first baby and I’ve just really noticed it these last couple weeks. Baby is 9 weeks old. I know any changes should be mentioned to the doctors so I’m going to ring in the morning but thought I’d post here for thoughts anyway..

Mine look exactly the same when I let down and always has done, I'm feeding baby number 3. It's like the ducts go hard to push out the milk! I spray across the room haha.
