I am just looking on some opinions on my son’s milk. He is nearly 5 weeks old, initially he was combi fed but been exclusively formula for around 3 weeks now. We were using the SMA ready made bottles for the first 2 weeks but found he was going 2/3 days without a poo and was visibly straining and uncomfortable/not settling. He has been on SMA comfort for around 3 weeks now but he still goes 2/3 days without a poo, he is very unsettled/colicky often with a very hard tummy - I have seen people suggesting moving over to kendamil or hipp - would just like to know if anyone else has had positive experiences!!
