Is my babies poo normal? (WARNING PHOTO)

My little one was born early, she is now 2 months, or 2 weeks corrected age.

She was entirely expressed breastmilk fed but we are now supplementing with preterm formula as her demand is outweighing my supply...

We have noticed her poos have become green (used to mustard yellow) and are much looser and appear a little mucousy. Is this normal and just her little digestive system getting used to the formula or should we be concerned?

Thank you (and yes this picture does show a very badly applied nappy!!)

Sorry I've no idea on how pre-term formula can affect poo. I know that some of the reflux formulas can cause green poos.

Yes I had this with my third baby and was confused as I had never seen it before. I wondered if he had an allergy or something? My aunts a midwife and I asked her for advice. She said don't do anything as long as he is feeding and pooping and there's no blood or pain then just leave it to resolve itself. By 3 months it had cleared up by itself. It looked exactly like your pic. Hope this helps.
