One of the questions is 'If a mother is demanding a lot of your time and attention and becoming emotionally dependent on you, what would you do?'
What do you reckon?

I should think she needs emotional support beyond the remit of a MS so I would ask her to speak to a counsellor on the helpline?

Probably putting her in touch with a local BFC would be an important part of it -- as a Mother Supporter you're supposed to be supporting straightforward breastfeeding relationships and not providing counselling, so if she's starting to need something more complex then a BFC is probably better placed to help, I'd have thought. Perhaps also give her information on local breastfeeding clinics and support groups?

Thanks, I always seem to be looking for something less obvious in the questions.
