Milk going down -period pain no blood

Hey all, I am 6 months pp. My LO is CMPA and combi fed (pump not bf). I have period pain but no blood and my milk I can pump is crashing! Is this something I can power pump my way out of? I have not had a period yet. Thanks!

Sounds like you may be returning to fertility and it's a temporary blip.

I read recently that if you cover up the bottle that you're expressing into, with a small sock, you usually express more. They're not sure why yet but they think that hormones associated with stress can inhibit production.

Yes just a temporary blip! I have irregular periods still at 16m pp but can tell when I'm due to come on as I get super tender nipples and low supply. Usually a day or two after my period arrives it all goes back to normal.
