Baby refuses right boob

My 9m old started refusing the right boob around a month or so ago... Has this happened to anyone else??

I think its my own fault mostly, she was in the next to me crib at the side of me and i got lazy and just fed her with my left whilst laying down throughout the night.

Now in the day she just doesn't like my right boob at all she will refuse to feed from it but is happy to feed when i swap her over to left.

She still wakes multiple times in the night so i do manage to feed her on my right once or twice, and there is still milk there as ive squirted it out in the shower, probably not as much though now.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks i can do to get her feeding from the right again??

It’s been a while since you posted OP but I experienced something similar and managed to sort it.

I had mastitis in my left breast and in my zeal to clear the blockage I neglected my right breast, causing a supply issue. My baby would get very distressed when I tried to latch him to my right breast because the let down came more slowly than he was used to.

I spoke to a family friend with a medical background and contacted a breastfeeding helpline and they advised me to pump on that side for a few minutes to get the milk flowing so the baby didn’t have to. They also suggested dream feeding starting with the right breast. The issue was resolved within a couple of days.
