Lost milk supply. Is there a way I can get it back ?

I breast fed / pumped for a few weeks but found pumping exhausting and baby girl wouldn’t latch so formula fed and eventually milk dried up. She’s still a bit funny with formula (she seemed to do better on the breast milk) I’m just wondering is there any way to get a supply back after losing it completely?

I think it is possible. Take a look at llli.org/breastfeeding-info/relactation/ and I would also recommend seeing a lactation consultant

@Ttc125 i know this was a while ago now but I’m going through the same thing except it’s been 3 months since my milk dried up. Did you have any luck with getting your milk back?

@B95x fenugreek tablets can help build supply or your gp can prescribe domperidone.
