10 week old suddenly refusing bottle

Looking for some bottle feeding advice. My boy has had one bottle a day since he was 3 days old, and is now 10 weeks. The rest of the time he is breastfed. He has always taken the bottle so well; my husband works away sometimes up to 10 days at a time and I’ve always been consistent with giving him the bottle at bedtime and he’s taken it fine from me too. All of a sudden the last few days he has absolutely lost it when we’ve tried to give him a bottle. It’s either formula or expressed breast milk but either one he just goes insane. Last night he just outright refused, but this morning I had booked to take my daughter out for a few hours. I was so so nervous about leaving him with hubby but he said he kicked off when trying to give him the bottle, but eventually drank it.
I combi fed with my daughter with no issues & given I’m alone for 7-9 days at a time with 2 kids I look forward to when hubby is back and I get to go out for a bit of freedom. It’s really beginning to stress me out that he won’t take a bottle and it upsets him so much. Any advice?

Hey!

just jumping on to ask if you have had any luck?
Ive been having this problem for about 4 weeks with nearly 5 month old.
I introduce the bottle from week 2 and she had been loving it. But now she is point blank refusing the milk, the bottle has only got to go near her lips and she is throwing a crazy tantrum.
Have tried different bottles, teats and a sippy cup with no luck.

I’ve recently had a similar problem with my 4mo. Turns out she has a bottle aversion which likely started on holiday when I was stressed that she wasn’t drinking enough. The Rowena bottle aversion book is great from Amazon.
