Is Kendamil really better?

I changed baby's milk to kendermil organic on Sunday and he's pooed five times! Before I was waiting up to five days and his poos stank so bad - like adult protein farts (gym buddies would know).

Before I switched Baby was crying so hard and so loud! He was on aldi milk and Aptimal before that. I wanted to try kendermil due to the main ingredient being whole milk fat and no palm oil.

It's however the most expensive but smells and tastes nice!

I want to keep baby on the formula but I was wondering if anyone else had a positive to be experience and if this milk is "superior"?

Yeah we used it and loved it.

Definitely tastes the best and has the least preservatives/emulsifiers.

It's not that other formulas aren't going to nourish your baby, it's just kendamil (the organic one) just has very slightly less rubbish in it.

But as others will say, formula is so heavily regulated that it's all quite similar, it's just finding the right one for you.

It didn't work for my second child, it made him very gassy and refluxy! It stopped as soon as I changed him back to cow and gate.

I wonder why. Is child ok on "normal" cows milk?

By law all baby formulas have to be essentially the same, so none is better than another, it's just marketing.

Have you looked at the ingredients? Kendermils main ingredient if different than other brands and it doesn't use palm oil - instead more milk fat.

My baby did fat better on cow and gate. Very poorly belly on Kendamill. People buy what they think is best and what they can afford. Formula is very highly regulated so there isn't much difference between brands.

The main ingredients are the same, but some brands add other extra vitamins and ingredients in.

@naisspray Yes absolutely fine on normal cows milk, he is 17 months now and has no allergies or intolerances. Just didn't get on with Kendamil at all.
