Help, please tell me this will stop

Jaz is 6 1/2 months, and this last week she has starting waking 2-3 at night, after sleeping though for ages.
She is full of cold so am hoping its that or could it be a growth spurt?? Im close to giving up and really dont want to. I could express off but dont know if Jaz will take a bottle and would rather not do it if i can.

My DD (7months) is also doing this and she is FF

Lisa my DS2 is waking hourly atm to feed as he has an ear infection. He onlt does that when he is sick though

My DS2 normally wakes every 3 hrs for a feed and I have just got used to it I guess
