Mixed feeding and reflux

My baby is 11 weeks old. He feeds every 90 minutes and never seems full at the end of a feed. He's also quite sicky (sometimes projectile vomitting). The gp has prescribed omeprazole which didn't really help so referred him for more assessment and told me to avoid dairy incase he's allergic to cows milk.

I'm finding the feeding really hard. I wanted to start giving him a formula top up after feeding him. But I don't know now I've been told to avoid dairy.

How long have you been avoiding dairy for @motheroreily? I'd be tempted to give them at least a couple of weeks where you've been completely DF to see if it's making a difference. Kellymom has some useful information on dairy and food sensitivities here.

If you were to give a bottle of formula, I'd try it in the morning and when the GP is open just in case your LO has a reaction that is severe Flowers
