Nipple shield larger than 23mm in the UK?

Does anyone know of a nipple shield larger than 23mm available for purchase in the UK? My wife needs one as the baby refuses to latch due to her having flat nipples, she latches great with a nipple shield but the MAM Large size is still a bit too small and is causing her pain. I'm struggling to find anywhere that sells shield above 23mm in size

Medela sell bigger ones or they used to.

Medela - their Large seems to be. 24mm

The medela flex fit is 30mm

I think that's the breast shield for a pump, it's a nipple shield I'm after..

I've found and purchased this one so hopefully it does the trick!
