Nuby cool insulated flask

Hello, I’ve bought the nuby rapid cool and insulated flask set. My question is, can I put hot water from my hot water tap into the flask and then use when I’m out and about to make up a feed? Or would the water still be too hot?

If you're taking the rapid cool flask out too then it will be fine as it will cool it to the right temperature. We found the insulated flask wasn't as good as say, a thermos, but the water did stay hot enough to use.
