struggling to find an answer on Google.
I have expressed breastmilk that I have frozen. Some of it is now nearly 6 months old so I am using it up in the bedtime bottle my baby has.
my question is, with this milk pumped from when baby was 8 weeks old- will it fill him/meet his needs now he is 7 months? My understanding is that breastmilk changes as your baby grows etc, but frozen breastmilk won’t…..
So is this older milk going to fill him up, or actually it’s not going to be as good as milk directly from me now?!
