3 month old sudden bad reflux

Hi baby is 3 months today. She has always been a good feeder and has been growing well so far. She is ebf. However in the last week or so she suddenly seems to have developed bad reflux - gagging and coughing a lot after feeding and a couple of bad projectile vomits. She is also a very noisy sleeper at night, lots of grunting, this has always been the case but seems worse in the last week or so.

She is otherwise pretty content, nice and smiley and we have plenty of wet and dirty nappies still. So I am not sure if this is something I should be concerned about or if it's one of those things that will resolve in time?

I think the dr may need to give you infant gaviscon/omeprozole.
Also maybe put a pillow under the cot mattress to raise it a little.
