so I didn't really mean to feed ds2 for so long, but I'm now back at work and still bfing.I wondered if anyone could recommend something nice to wear until ds2 decides to call it a day. Hadn't "planned" for this as ds1 self-weaned at 11 months and foolishly I thought ds2 would so likewise...

depends what size you are. I loved my elle mcpherson ones with ds1, most comfy things I ever wore. think they only go up to a DD though.
there are some new ones called "hot milk" I think. search on figleaves for them.
name puts me off a bit though lol

Elle McPherson and Anita underwired are my faves - am a long term breastfeeder so both comfort and looks are important!
And agree on Figleaves, good place to look and think they offer a 10% MN discount

Elle McPherson and Nougatine - both on Figleaves.com.

you know, aafter about 6months i stopped using nursing bras and went back to normal ones and just sort of yanked them up. some midwifes suggest that underwiring is a bad thing, but others say that once milk is well established, as long as they are comfy enough its fine.

This Anita one with clear straps is great for summer too

I love this one, really comfy but not cheap.

mybabywakesupsinging · 16/03/2008 21:45

will go off and visit figleaves..."hot milk" sounds like a bedtime drink (which I suppose it is, but for ds2 not me.
Fingerwoman I am most definitely able to fit inside a DD. Twice. Or possibly three times. You would think that one benfit of bfing would be bigger breats but in my case that just means visible ones.
Have tried yanking up but then sit there feeling all undone....

I've got the hotmilk (hmm yes not such a sexy name) cherry bomb bra from blooming marvellous. Is pretty comfy and the foxiest nursing bra I've come across
