well, it is normal for a breastfed baby of that age to only poo every few days (in fact, they can go up to 10 days without pooing because they absorb so much of the milk)
IME bf poo comes in many, many colours, so I wouldn't be unduly worried about the green poo.
also, if you're worried about her straining when she goes for a poo, don't be lol it is quite common for little babies to do this, even though what they're producing is liquid. they don't have the control we do over the anal muscles and can often squeeze them shut when trying to "go" which makes them have to strain all the more.
unless her poo is solid/hard then I wouldn't worry about constipation

The colour might be down to something you are eating. My ds1 could go 5 or 6 days without pooing. He wasn't constipated, its just the way some breast fed babies stomachs work. ds2 was the other way, pooed a teeny poo after every feed. They were both breast fed.
Breastmilk contains so much goodness for the baby that there is no waste - so there is a lot less for them to poo out than bottle fed babies. Don't worry about it, just keep up the bf!
