Low supply, hungry baby, formula?

Hello, I have been exclusively breastfeeding my son for 6 months. He has started solids and I have noted my milk supply has gone down, to the point where he is still hungry after feeding. I have an electric pump which I use every two hours but I get less than an ounce of milk. I also got him weighed the other day and he hasn't put on much weight in the past 6 weeks. GP said nothing to worry about but I am concerned he isn't getting enough milk!

Should I be trying to supplement with formula? Has anyone had a similar experience? Thank you!

Your body is probably just trying to adjust to lower demand. It will settle.

Don't pump, just let baby feed whenever you would normally.

He is just adjusting to the introduction of solids.

Have faith and carry on x
