When can DD have cows milk?

I go back to work next month, part time, and DD will be just over 9 mo. I have enough milk to hopefully see us through the first few weeks, but at what point can she start having cow's milk. I will still be breastfeeding her on the 4 days I am off so I was wondering if it would be that bad to give her cow's milk once or twice a day once she is 10 months when DH has her?

I didn't realise the sodium was the issue, i assumed it was lack of vitamins or something.

I think it's something to do with not containing enough iron as well (cow's milk that is!)
