Baby vomiting milk

Hi all. My BF baby is 5 weeks old, not sure if I'm being over anxious but just looking for some advice please.
Over the past week or so she has started spitting up her milk after feeds, not huge quantities but I've noticed even if I keep her upright 30 mins after a feed, if I lie her down to sleep or change her nappy she will spit/vomit up some milk. Sometimes this is just clear-ish liquid and other times obviously milk.
Her feeding is otherwise good and I think she's putting on weight (not seen the doctor for our checkup yet). She has about 7/8 poos a day and plenty of wet nappies, she feeds every couple of hours .
When she was born the midwife said she has a slight tongue tie but not enough to impact her feeding. She is able to stick her tongue out and seems to swallow her milk fine, but I'm thinking this could be the issue?
I'm not sure how normal it is for small babies to spit up their milk after almost every feed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Is she a happy spitter-upper or is she distressed @cookiecrunch94? Wink

I think if she's fairly content then it's pretty normal. Some babies do just vomit. Sorry, I can only imagine the washing it causes Flowers
