Reduced milk Intake

my nearly 5 month old has gone from having between 5 and 7 ounces a feed to 3-4 maximum, this has been happening for about a week. Her 24 hour intake has dropped to around 22oz which I know isn’t bad but it used to be closer to 30.
shes never been a greedy baby and drained bottles but this seems a lot more consistent with getting to 3oz then stops and refuses the bottle, but then grabs the bottle and tries to push it in her mouth and play with the teat. I’ve tried the next teat up but it’s too fast at the moment.
Shes happy in herself, there’s a lot of hand chewing and dribbling so I think there is teething going on. I’ve tried quiet rooms with no distractions, waiting until she asks for a bottle rather than offering one and it makes no difference. But at night if I dream feed or during the night feed she seems to take a little bit more. Is this just a development thing, has anyone else had this? I haven’t started weaning yet

Note to add she has Cmpa so is on a dairy free milk but has always drank it fine (been on it for months) there’s no signs of discomfort

Have you tried her with a dose if Ibruprofen and a teething gel?
