Will occasional bottle affect breastfeeding?

I have a 6 week old who's EBF on demand and without a fixed pattern in the day at the moment. The longest he goes without being at the boob in the day is half an hour (although some feeds are super short or while asleep).

From next week I have to leave him with my DH for 3 hours once a week for an unavoidable commitment. If I leave him with a bottle of expressed milk once a week will that affect breastfeeding? What have been others' experience of mixing breast and bottle at this early age?

I know it may sound like a silly question, but my eldest developed nipple confusion when given EBM top ups in a bottle (due to being underweight) and ultimately moved into bottle only with me expressing for a whole year. I really want to avoid that as it was horrendously tiring so wondered what others' experiences/opinions were.

Both of mine were fine.

First got occasional bottles, started at about 6 weeks.

and second got an overnight bottle most nights from birth.
