Bottle weaning

So my question is this ...

Any tips how to get rid of the last bottle? My little one only has one bottle at night and had for a few months, when they are at their grandparents house they don't have a bottle but at home it's a must or we have a screaming match on our hands!! They came off bottles basically by themselves from about mid summer and hasn't had a day time bottle in months. Most night doesn't ask for a bottle but some nights does (usually around the time of a growth spurt). We have offered her night time drink in other cups etc it they refuse it and get that upset they make themselves sick nearly!! Or that upset it takes so long to re settle and then the screaming match starts all over again when they realise no bottle. So any tips/advice on how to stop it but also do so smoothly. Little one is just over 19 months

If DD is 19 months and it's not every night, I'd just let her have it.

Sorry, I know that's not what you asked Wink

It's every night at home and the last week they have wanted a bottle through the night which hasn't happened for months!
