DS is 19 months and I got some cups which had a silicon top . from tesco/asda - think they are 2 for £4 at the moment. It is a cup just has a softish top. he know will drink from any cup but we usually give him this one and then give him drinks from a cup with straw in the day and milk first things.

TO be honest, I stressed about this a lot and then just stopped bottles and it was fine!
