periods?

hi- i gave birth 6 weeks ago.. exclusively bf and i think my period has started! went for 6 week check todat blood pressure was 142/92 which is high and nurse said may have retained placenta and if bleeding stops abruptly and unperiod like i should go back to docs...anyone else had this as i am cramping like a period?????????????

bluebell i posted here on this last week, as i couldn't believe i'd got my period so soon! It appears we may just be part of an unlucky minority who get their periods back early.

thanks chief just looked at your thread- I feel cheated.. but lo is sleeping through except for a tiny feed during the night, I'm talking 5-10 mins most and I think it is more habit than hunger, she should drop this soon, so I can't have both I suppose!!!
