as i intend to breastfeed for as long as possible, i would like to treat myself to a couple of posh nursing bras. Does anyone have any recommendations? i like this one and this.

I bought that elle mcpherson one - it looks v pretty but is not v supportive and i found it infuriatingly itchy! (ended up only wearing it a couple of times) the other design by elle mcpherson (maternelle) is very comfy and looks quite nice on but it comes up very high so shows under low-cut tops...

my favourite ended up being this one it doesn't look like much but was so comfy, supportive, gave a nice shape and didn't peek out of any of my tops

figleaves are really good with returns so don't be afraid to try a few!

just bumping as i'd like recommendations too.
i agree with caught in tha act about the maternelle - great, but too high for some tops.

i used to work for figleaves and by far the most popular range was elle mac stuff. hot milk came in after I left so dont know anything about them. as caughtintheact says, their returns policy really is fab, and theres loads of discounts floating about online too.

I love the look of the hot milk undies.
Am seriosuly considering setting up my own nursing bra busness though, nowhere does nice ones! And when they do, they have a choice of about three!

more hot milk here

VS you may have the right idea. This is the only stuff i can find that is anything like 'normal' underwear. Am surprised at the Elle Mcpherson stuff, its very neutral. No-one seems to be producing bright colours or patterns

Just because we're breastfeeding doesn't mean we can't dress up!

Have you seen the Amoralia range - www.amoralia.co.uk it's gorgeous.
Hot Milk is also sold at Blooming Marvellous, I know they do it online but am not sure whether they have it in the shops.

VS that'd be a great idea, I really struggled to find a decent range of maternity and nursing undies! I recently set up a business selling nursing tops Bella Mama cos I thought the range available in the UK was so terrible, I think there is a need for a site offering really lovely maternity/breastfeeding bras...
