White flecks in my babies formula- desperate for help

Hi.
yesterday evening I noticed white flecks in my babies formula. I use HIP organic.
I have the Tommee tippie prep machine to make the feeds and never had a problem before.
ive cleaned the machine and changed the filter, I’m extremely worried I’ve given my baby gone off formula.
has anyone else had this experience? Please share, I’m desperate for answers.

It's tiny bits of unmixed powder, surely? Give it a better shake.

Hi. I did think this but usually if I haven’t shaked it properly they are yellow in colour.

Was it readymade?

I had this a couple of times with one batch of cow and hate readymade milk. No idea what it was but the milk didn't smell off and baby was fine.

I thought maybe the formula had gone off in this heat.

If the lumps are usually yellow then id just bin that tub and start a fresh one

Surely you can strain that batch through a tea strainer to see what they actually are? Try squishing them to see if it is powder? If not, take pictures and contact the manufacturer. iThey will take it very seriously and require you to provide the batch number and photos and will look into it. Ask for a voucher as compensation to use towards a new pack.

Please don't worry about causing your baby any damage, it's probably just a bit of separation. Try a new box of formula but don't panic.
