Which Formula 2023

Starting a new 2023 thread on formula for some advice

Baby 5 weeks old and been on formula since birth. Got on well with ready made aptamil but when we transitioned to powder on week 2 baby seemed to be very uncomfortable suffering with straining and grunting, going red and poos reduced to one per day
We then Changed to hipp organic at the recommendation of friends as a more 'natural' alternative but the straining got continued and was throughout the day and even worse in the night when the gut slows

We thought perhaps constipation and since have seen signs of reflux
After monitoring baby we can see that it's once hes fed it becomes and issue and so it's what or how he's eating. We've changed all of our bottles to MAM easy start which he seems to get on with much better

So now the question is SMA or Kendamil? (Cow and gate was tried in hospital but wasn't great)

Both supposedly no palm oil or fish oil
Kemdamil is creamier and more organic but could upset tummy and poos potentially yet marketed as more organic and so I'm interested in some actual feedback on this product and SMA for gassy babies or constipated baby's and baby's with reflux and silent reflux
SMA has multiple handy formats, ready made for the fridge that lasts for two days etc but not 'organic'

I know they are all similar and have to adhere to standards but they do contain different things

My 2 month old likes Cow and Gate. One poo a day is normal unless it's hard.

so my little one is 10 weeks old, started signs of silent reflux 2 weeks ago been on gaviscon infant has a sachet with each feed up to 6 times a day, noticed it's getting worse again we use the MAM bottles anyway, on cow and gate at the moment but been reading up a lot on Kendamil Organic just wondering if anyone can say it helped their little ones silent reflux?
