Milk rash?

Hi there my LO is 4 weeks old and over the past few days has developed a spots around his neck and on his face. They are pink and some of them are like whiteheads. My mother says it is just a milk rash but I'm worried that it is a reaction to something I perhaps have eaten. (He's bf)

Anyone know what it could be?

Common - infant acne , it is a hormonal rection and will pass. If it doesn't clear in a few weeks it may be excema as a reaction to bath producst like Johnsons
