Milky tongue?

My 6 week old has had a milky tongue practically since being a newborn. I just assumed it might be normal given that all they drink is milk. But we've recently just started having issues with reflux and I've been told a milky tongue 24/7 isn't normal? It's definitely not thrush. Has anyone else had a baby with a constant milky tongue and was something wrong? I don't think it's reflux related because she's been absolutely fine until the last few days when it seems to have started

Is baby breastfed? It can be a sign of a latch issue as the tongue isn’t rubbing on the roof of the mouth against the nipple properly to remove the milk residue. Is there a breastfeeding group near you that you can go and have a latch check at. Might just need a little tweak
