DD losing interest in her feeds

my DD(16wks) has, for the past couple of days, been losing interest in her feeds. She is now formula fed and until the other day was draining nearly all her bottles. She is now leaving a couple of ounzes and i've no idea why. HV thought it might be that she is bored, anyone else heard this before. I have tried giving her smaller feeds more often but to no avail. Any ideas??

How is her weight gain?

her weight gain is ok, so not too worried at the moment, she is being weighed regularily as she was small at birth. The lack of interest hasn't affected her sleep as yet, don't want to tempt fate by saying that though! Was just wondering whether it is a normal phase that they go through?

Maybe that has something to do with it? She maybe was taking in more at first b/c she was getting her weight up there and now she's evened herself out and doesn't need as much...she's maybe not going through as much growth as quickly as before.
