So I will be going to Wales tomorrow my train is at 12:25pm and it will be a 2hour train journey but within that time my baby will be due a bottle he is on cows milk I'm just wondering how would I go about this I don't think they'd sell milk on the train but would it be safe for me to make the bottle before I go and it still be okay out of the fridge? I'm not sure what to do

thankyou

Do you have a cool bag you can put the bottle of milk in?

Chill the milk and put the bottles in those insulated bags and they'll be fine for a few hours.

What age is he? Does he really need milk at that time or could he have a snack instead?

Hope you have a nice trip @xxalhxx Wink

As above if he’s on cows milk I’m assuming he’s >1 so you could just offer him a bottle of milk when you’ve arrived or before you go

I missed the bit about him being on cows milk 🤦‍♀️

If he's over 12 months he only needs 300 ml of cow's milk a day so will be fine without this bottle. Just offer him a bigger meal or a snack and a drink instead Wink

Put it in a flask?

luckbealadytonight · 25/08/2023 16:50

If he's over 12mo and it's just normal milk then just put it in a sippy cup or bottle, whatever you use.

I wouldn't even bother using a cool bag but you could and it would be fine.

Put the milk in a chilly flask and take an empty bottle to put it in?

SiouxsieSiouxStiletto · 25/08/2023 18:49

xxalhxx · 28/08/2023 23:37
