How to get baby to take a bottle? Sleep deprived and struggling.

Initially baby (who is now 10 weeks) was on bottles, and took them no problem as she wouldn't latch to me. So I was pumping and dispensing into tommee tippee, aptimel bottles (the little ones you get). After a lot of persistence, I managed to get her to latch and she has been semi-successfully breastfeeding. She pulls away often - I have an oversupply and fast slow (it sprays out even if I've pumped for ages before). It's been a stressful 7.5 weeks but I don't think I can continue breastfeeding. She's up all night feeding and I can't leave her with anyone else, and I am struggling without my usual medication.

She will take most of a bottle when she wakes up after a long nap but that's about it. She screams and cries whenever I try when she's hungry during the day so I end up breastfeeding her. Had the most success with the Lasinoh ones and have ordered a miimjumi bottle to try (this will be the 4th type) but it's not making that much difference.

My friend said she stopped cold turkey, it was a horrible few days but her little one did take a bottle but I hate seeing baby cry, and not sure if I can do this. Has anyone managed cold turkey or was it really bad?

Any tips? Teats? Methods? I'm desperate!
